Fusion welding
Fusion welding is the process of joining lengths HDPE pipe using a hydraulic powered
fusion equipment. We have the equipment to assemble and install custom
HDPE pipelines of any length, from 4" - 24" in diameter, configured for a variety of
applications. Whether you need a pipeline 5 metres or 5 kilometers we have the equipment
and expertise to get the job done.
Extrusion welding
Extusion welding, better known as plastic welding is a unique process requiring
specialized equipment and highly skilled welding technicians. Welding technicians
use an extrusion gun to apply a bead of a molten polyethylene to the surface of two
material parts that are to be joined. The result is a welded joint that is bonded on a
molecular level, achieving a strong corrosion free surface.

Installation
HDPE fabrication requires specialized welding equipment and personnel, but finished
HDPE products can be installed easily with only basic tools. The material has incredible
strength and flexibilty, is corrosion free and is easily repaired if damaged making it the
