Cards Aquashield antifoulant was developed for and tested by Cards Aqua on the basis of
feedback from the fish farming industry. Cards AquaShield is manufactured by Flexabar-Aquatec
and is a member of the Flexgard family of products.
Applied in a state of the art Computer controlled application machine developed by Cards Aqua,
nets are layered and then passed through a tank containing Cards "AquaShield" anti-foulant.
The nets then pass into a drying chamber where optimal drying conditions are maitained through
computer controlled temperature, humidity and air flow control. The process ensures even
application of the anti-foulant on the net and consistant curing of the anti-foulant.
