Repair technicians operate in teams to thoroughly inspect every square
centimeter of a net pen for damage and wear. A quality inspector verifies
the results of every assessment team to construct an assessment/damage
report, recording information such as number of holes, patches, worn or
broken ropes, damaged rings, sewing and seizings.

The typical assessment process includes a series of netting break strength
tests that are performed on predetermined areas of the net pen. The complete
information obtained from the assessment process and break strength tests
is then recorded in our net management database to build a repair history
for every net serviced by Cards. The repair history is a permanent record
and can be traced throughout the entire lifecycle of a net pen.
The wealth of information recorded into our net management database allows
our customers to track and report net pen damage and repair history at the
site level for any net, generate customized net pen repair history reports
or compare break test results to preset company standards and effectively
monitor any potential quality issues.
